The Network for Credit Union Product Strategy
CUPS is a peer-led community for the people building product management, innovation, and strategy inside credit unions. Share ideas, ask hard questions, and connect with others doing this work in the cooperative finance space.
What is CUPS?
A Home for a Growing Discipline
Product strategy is still finding its footing in the credit union movement. Many of us are building the plane as we fly it, without a playbook, without a peer group, and often without another product person down the hall.
CUPS exists to change that. It's a space where credit union product professionals can:
Share ideas, frameworks, and wins
Ask questions and get feedback on real-world challenges
Stay current on trends in member experience, fintech partnerships, pricing, and more
Build relationships with others shaping the future of cooperative finance
Whether you're a team of one or leading a full product organization, you're welcome here.
Hear from credit union product thought leaders.
The CUPS Prod-cast is a series of conversations with product leaders, innovators, and other voices making news across the credit union world. We dig into the ideas, challenges, experiments, and lessons behind their work, with a focus on what product professionals can learn and apply. No canned talking points, just thoughtful conversations with people doing the work and pushing the industry forward.
Who Can Join?
CUPS is open to current credit union employees whose work involves product management, product strategy, innovation, or related areas, as well as credit union employees who are interested in moving into product-focused roles.
Members may include:
VP- and director-level product leaders
Product managers and product strategists
Credit union employees aspiring to move into product roles
Anyone whose credit union role touches product, innovation, or strategy, regardless of title
Membership is limited to employees of credit unions. Vendors, consultants, software providers, and other industry partners are not eligible for membership. This helps create a trusted space where credit union professionals can speak candidly with their peers about products, partners, challenges, and what is working in their organizations.
